Sylvia's card...

Sylvia's card was very creative. 

She is so talented and I love seeing her card creations.

This pretty red polka dot envelope came in a white mailer and when I opened it up...what a great surprise inside...

Look how cute the inside of the red polka dot envelope is...

I love how she used the red and white cording for the balloon string, and she added a little clear glaze for dimension on the balloons...so many layers...just absolutely wonderful!
