Casey was the perfect hostess and as ususal we all had a wonderful time sharing our creativity with each other. We oohed and ahhed over the new catalog and I shared with everyone many of the new products that will be available to all of you very, very soon!
We had a little customer appreciation surprise. Thank you for a wonderful year in 2011 and I look forward to sharing amuse studio with all of you in 2012!
I love the new titian cardstock from amuse. It is a beautiful brownish color that is very striking. I also am in love with the mini envelope die! This card would make the perfect invite to an amuse workshop!
This is the swap I made to share at the conference in New Orleans.
2012 amuse products:
hey cupcake stamp set
grape, pistachio, grapefruit cardstock
grape, pistachio, grapefruit ink
I stamped each cupcake on sugar cardstock and again on the colored cardstock. I cut out each cupcake liner and scored the lines using my Martha Stewart scoreboard. I attached them with pop dots. I stamped the icing in coordinating ink and cut those out as well. I added a little sparkle with some diamond glitter and stamped my sentiment. I was able to find a copic marker that matched each color of cardstock to color in the lettering.
Work in progress....
I had all 44 of them laid out to dry after I added the glitter.
The new colors of cardstock are so pretty!
Don't forget, you can order all the new amuse studio products on Feb. 1st here
I love the mini envelope die from amuse. It is just darling especially when you top it off with a heart jewel. Would this not be the perfect invite to an amuse workshop? Or if you plan to have an open house....definitely! The 2012 catalog will be released Feb. 1st....book your workshop now!
I love how these trident gum packs turned out. I ran through my cuttlebug some sugar cardstock and wrapped it around the gum pack. I stamped the sentiment on the new grapefruit cardstock and attached it to the top. I tied a piece of sheer organdy ribbon around it and added a heart to finish it off. What a sweet treat!
I am off to New Orleans for the first annual amuse studio conference. We will get to meet the creators of amuse studio along with many other consultants from all over the U.S. I am excited to see the 2012 catalog as well as trying out some of their new products. I hope to see some of the wonderful sights of New Orleans in my spare time as well as some delicious food.....mmm, can't wait!
I made these darling fortune cookies out of the new grapefruit cardstock. As a consultant we have had the opportunity to pre-order some of the new products that will be featured in the 2012 catalog set to be released Feb. 1st.
I was in a state of panic yesterday when I was running an embossing plate through my cuttlebug when all of a sudden I realized both rubber mats and paper wound themselves up into the top of my cuttlebug. After a little patience and working it back and forth, I was able to get all of it out and back in working order....whew!
