Love

I have been working on some Valentine cards...though these could be used for anniversary as well.
This heart die cut is from Stampin Up. A must have for your stash!
The sentiment is from amuse studio...hand scripted.

You can also die cut the extra flowers several times to get a more dimensional look for your card.
I inked the edge of each flower and pop dotted them and then added a pearl to each center.

simply amazing!

This stamp set is "amazing you" from the Sale-A-Bration catalog!
You can get it free with a qualifying order from Stampin Up.
I popped up the flowers to give the card a bit more dimension.
Then I added the sentiment and a few pearls.
Love how beautiful it turned out.

Feeling the LOVE

We made this beautiful Valentine Sampler at Sylvia's last week. We were snowed out on Monday and Sylvia was gracious enough to let us come on Wednesday to make our sampler.
I love the subtle colors she came up with...pink is my favorite color!
She is one talented lady!
Thanks so much Sylvia for your inspiration!

Crafty Day!

This group of ladies did an amazing job today on their winter sampler.
Thank you to Cheryl for hosting craft day at her house and providing a delicious lunch of sausage quiche, salad, and mini keylime cheesecakes.

Putting together all their parts and pieces create a beautiful 12 x 12!

There is always laughter when good friends get together.
Someone...we won't say who...was so proud to put her sampler in her frame and when she turned it over to view it...the frame picture showed itself...how funny! Notice the lovely snowflake edge around the sunny flowers.

As you can see everyone did a FANTASTIC job on their sampler.
I rarely get in the group picture...so special thanks to our wonderful photographer!
Thank you for a wonderful afternoon...it was so nice to meet all of you and I look forward to seeing you again.

LOVE

Made this beautiful card using the letter dies from Stampin Up.
They are awesome! You can do so much with them.
This is an "eclipse" technique I learned at Sylvia's card class a few months ago.
I stamped the hearts and then die cut the letters and popped them up so you can see the dimensional look of the card. So very cool!
I made this card for my boss' daughter who got married over the weekend.
It was a lovely ceremony and the bride was stunning!

Yesterday our craft club group got together to make our winter sampler.
Oh the fun we had!
It was an afternoon full of crafting, laughter, food and good friends!
Great job ladies!
