I love the floral duet and found it perfect for making their 60th anniversary card !

I really like the cherry and bermuda color combo...especially with the new chevron papers!

a good find...

I found this ribbon carrousel at Michaels the other day. I thought I would use it for amuse ribbon only. I think it will be perfect to display the different ribbons at workshops. Mine however is not as neat as the picture on the box....but that means I have been creating!
As you can see it will hold quite a few ribbon reels.

just for you...

I used the dwell in the possibility set for this gift card. I love the poppies in this set...you can do so much with them. I actually made this into a gift card using the new die from amuse studio on pg. 15 in the holiday catalog.

The only way to get this set is to host a workshop of $150 with 3 unique customers.

baby shower favors

Shari's daughter Katie is having a baby! The shower was a few weeks ago and my sister and her daughter Kelly put together these wonderful table favors and decorations. I love the little buggies in pink and blue.

Boy or girl....can't wait to find out what she will have!

Emily's creation

Emily saw this on pintrest and decided to try her hand at it. I think she did a fabulous job and would love to have one for myself. She took 4 canvas art boards and hot glued the floral design to them. She used patterend scrapbook paper to cut out the petals of the flower. This beautiful piece of artwork hangs in her house at school. Great job Emily!

This is a great thank you that amuse consultants can send to their customers after they have ordered.
I love the cherry and bermuda combination and it is even better with the new chevrons!

sweetest birthday ever

This was my card for card club. My sister-in-law designed this card using the venetian cardstock from amuse studio. I thought it would be a great design using the new chevron cardstock in the Holiday Catalog...and it turned out awesome! I am anxious to make more using the different colors.
Thanks for the inspiration Melissa.

most favorite...

Jeanne's card is clean and simple. I love her color combo...it makes the card stand out!
The layered sentiment is tied to the card with twine but not adhered to the card....gives it a fun look.
A great card! Thank you Jeanne!

another card using nevermore

This card was also made using the "nevermore" stamp set from amuse studio's new holiday catalog. I stamped the words on seattle cardstock. The other images are stamped on sugar and then sprayed with the new cherry spray ink. Love the new spray inks. They come in a variety of colors!

thinking of you...

Carolyn's orignal card was a bit different than this but I changed it up a bit. The flower was made from honeycomb and we flattened it out after we cut it out to make our flower. We adhered it to something new to us called "glubber" .The pearl sets off the center of the flower....just beautiful!
Thank you Carolyn for a super card and for introducing us to honeycomb!

hey cupcake

Regina's card is so cheerful. I love the orange, yellow and purple color combo. We glittered up the icing for a bit of shimmer and the grape words just jump off the kraft cardstock.
This is a fabulous card!
The hey cupcake stamp set from amuse is one of my favorites.
Great job Regina!

nevermore

Oh, how I love the new stamp set "nevermore" from amuse studio's new holiday catalog!
This card was so easy to make. I used sugar cardstock, stamped all the images with onyx versafine.
I inked the edges of the sugar with seattle ink and adhered it to a woodgrain card. A tiny red jewel is the perfect embellishment for the crow....adds a touch of creepiness...don't you think?!

frog days of summer...

Gena's card was so darn cute! We stamped and colored our cute little frog and lily pad. We added flies, cat tails, and ribbon to finish the outside...but when you open the card you get a great surprise inside......

a leaping frog heading towards his honeycomb toadstool.....awesome card!

Now Bettie's card was fun to make too. The jean pocket stamp was easy to cut out, but the frogs a bit more challenging along with the stitching. These frogs would be awesome with some googly eyes!
Great card Bettie...thanks so much!

card club

We had card club last night at Gena's house and boy did we have fun! We got to try out several new things as we made our cards. We were introduced to honey comb and found it fantastic. We seemed to have a frog theme going as well as our birthday theme with amuse studio's "hey cupcake" set.
In the next few days you will get a close up look at these fabulous cards! Thank you ladies for another great evening of card making!

The best part of last night was the fact that today is my husband's birthday and I picked a card from card club to give him! Happy birthday Joe!

the windy city

Went to Chicago over the weekend and had a great time at the game. The Reds beat the Cubs 10-8!
Emily was a fantastic tour guide for our venture downtown, to Navy Pier, and to Girodano's.

Almost a family photo...missing Alison.

fluttering by....

Carolyn brought enough supplies for each of us to make 2 cards! I love the sunny side of  life stamp set from amuse studio. You can do so much with it as you can see from the picture. The colorful paper was bought at Hobby Lobby and it give each card a different look. Simple to stamp and then two punched out butterflies that are popped give this card dimension. Awesome job!

happy birthday

Gena made this simple yet beautiful tri-fold card.
I love the scallop trim along the outside folds of the card.
Gena will be hosting card club next week...can't wait!
Great job Gena!

popcorn birthday

How fun is this card?!
Bettie had us busy at card club last month. Luckily she had all those popcorn pieces already die cut for us. We did have to draw the lines on our popcorn box but the card went together pretty easily. The sentiment is that's the ticket from amuse along with the ticket die. You could easily put a name or a small sentiment on the red oval on the box to personalize this card even more. Thanks Bettie for a great card! Can't wait to see what you come up with next month!!

you are special

I love Jeanne's card from Card Club!
One of my favorite stamps from amuse is floral duet.
A simple trick to add color to the center of the flower is to use an inked dauber... one daub and you have the perfect amount of color.
Thank you Jeanne for this amazing card!

happy birthday

This was Colleen's card at our Card Club gathering. She had a variety of colors we could choose from to make our card. I chose the lime green and pink combo. We ran our birthday embossing folder through the cuttlebug and then sanded off just a bit of color so the white would show through. We stamped the cake from the "a very merry un-birthday" stamp set from amuse, colored it and then cut it out. We popped it to give even more dimension to the card. Easy as pie....or should I say cake!
Great card Colleen!
