I love the new mermaid cardstock. I used eucalyptus ink on sugar cardstock and layered it with onyx cardstock. A little bow of sheer with silver edge finishes off this simple card.

I really like how this new home card turned out. I stamped the "brownstone"  three times and pop dotted one to make it stand out. The "browntsone" is actually an old amuse art stamp.

A friend asked me to make her a card for her niece who is expecting. I love paper piecing and thought her dress and hat turned out very cute.

Someone is turning 6!

Karen made this card for her niece who is turning 6. I love her color combination and how this birthday card is so bright and cheerful. She used lots of dots and cupcake companion stamp sets from amuse studio.

This "party" banner was perfect for my tower of brownies for the workshop held at my house on Sunday. You could use the same banner in a birthday cake to make your next birthday party even more spectacular!

keepsake box

My two nieces celebrated their First Communion a few weeks ago and these keepsake boxes were my gift to them. I bought the boxes at Hobby Lobby and then used decorative paper to back the photo inserts. I stamped a bible verse in one photo slot and added a cross and their name to another. I love how these turn out and they are a wonderful way to keep their mementos from their special day in one place.

First Communion cards

Two nieces made their First Holy Communion a few weeks ago and I made these cards for them. I used a cherry blossom branch stamped in blush ink and I just colored the center of each bloom. I stamped a sentiment and added a cross for the finishing touches.

Here is a card very much like the one we made at convention this year. I gave this card to my Mother-in-law for Mother's Day. She loves roses. I used the all for love and essential sentiments stamp sets.

Had a visit with my daughter in Indy yesterday and received a lovely bouquet of flowers and a nice card for Mother's day. Funny card too....the inside says great moms would turn the beaters off first!

Since I was gone all weekend for a wedding and then had company when I got back, I have not had much time to stamp. I thought I would share this cute table favor we all got to take home. There was a pewter chair at each person's place setting with our name and on the back was a picture of the lovely wedding couple. Then when you take it home you can display a photo...what a cute idea! 



happily ever after...

I used all for love to make this wedding card for our nephew. We went to the wedding in Virginia over the weekend and it was beautiful! I also used that's the ticket stamp set for the sentiment. A heart shape border punch and some sugar satin ribbon made the finishing touches. Congratulations Stephen and Jessie....may you always find your happily ever after with each other!
