One of the cards made at Nat Con using the bokeh technique. You put down the background color using splash and your water color brush then heat set it. Next step it to use a circle template and lay it over the color area and dauber it with a lighter color. Once you have it how you like it, stamp your image and sentiment. Beautiful! Notice the soon to be new stamp set?! ( and cardstock )
