play ball!

I went to a gift gathering party for my son's baseball team.

 Everyone brought an appetizer to share along with a gift for the auction/fundraiser.

I thought I would make some mints to put on the food table.

Look how darling these mints looked in this mitt!

I printed the name of his school and team on my computer and then used the new "seattle" ink from amuse and stamped over the lettering with a baseball stamp I had in my stash.....they were perfect for the occasion!

smashbook ready!

I am getting ready for New Orleans! I made a copy of the first two pages of my packet and "smashed" them into my smashbook so I will be ready when I get to New Orleans....that's right my smash book is coming with me! Look at some of the fun new cardstock from amuse!

let the good times roll

One week from today is Convention! I am so excited!

cheery snowman

My sister gave me this lighted snowman for Christmas. She bought the glass block and painted his face on it. She made the hat out of black felt and added some snowflake ribbon with a pine cone sprig. After adhering a plaid scarf and snowflake he was complete. I think he is the perfect addition to my snowman collection. Thank you Shari for a wonderful gift!

renovation of calf house

Things are looking good with the new calf house. Some of the calves are in their new home.

These are their new hutches. Once it is all complete it will house 18 pens.
