I loved this card we made at Sylvia's.
We used painters tape to make the multi colors of lines for the background. I thought it was so great that it needed to be shared! You use strips of blue painters tape...one for each color that you are using, lay the sticky side on your ink pad and run your finger along the tape as to ink up the side on the ink pad. Lay the inked up side on your cardstock and rub the tape and lift it up and you have you your inked line. Repeat with each color until you are finished. Stamp you sentiment and any design and you have a beautiful card to send!
