Christmas class

A few weeks ago Sylvia had her monthly card class. 

As always we made some unique and beautiful things.

Here is a cute Christmas 6 x 6 that can be changed out for each season...so fun!

Love this floral stamp from Taylored Expressions....and the simple strips are a must for all stampers!!

It was so easy to add color to the flowers using my sponge daubers. The background is Taylor's ship lap.....love, love, love it!

I Love Fall

I am in the craft show mode. 

I have been busy creating holiday treats for my upcoming craft shows in a few months.

Wedding Bliss

As soon as I saw this die from Gina Marie, I knew I had to have it. My daughter is getting married next year and I have been in wedding mode for several months now. This makes the perfect card for any upcoming wedding.

Stampaway 2019

Stampaway Friday night preview party is always a blast with these lovely ladies!

It is a sold out event and we get to shop til we drop, make and takes, and just a great time!

Not sure who the lady smiling in the background is, but she new someone was taking a picture and thought she'd smile for it.

My friends, Gena and Caroyln were at the Friday night preview party as well. 

We always get our yearly picture at Stampaway! So fun!

I went back on Saturday with my stamp club friends. We have been together for a long time and always enjoy getting together for stamping, eating, and just socializing! These women are amazing and I am blessed to have them as my friends. We did miss Karen this year....but she was being a chicken farmer that day.

The line wraps around the building so you have to get there early...we were first in line....no prize other than getting in the door first to shop.

Sisters are the best friends you can have....

Casey and Colleen are sisters and Shari and I are sisters.

Snagged this picture from Stampaway and found Regina and I shopping...fun, fun, fun!

To end our day we go to Chile's for lunch and show and tell.

Another great StampAway in the books...til next year ladies!!

My two sister-in-laws had birthdays this week and I made them both this cute card using the new lawn fawn die cuts....such a cute set!

Happy 40th!

My sister-n-law and brother-in-law are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary! If you noticed in my last post, this card was made at Sylvia's card class. I thought it would make a beautiful anniversary card, so I left off the sentiment at class and came home and added the 40th for their card.

I have been super busy the last few weeks and missed Sylvia's card class on Monday. 

She was super sweet and let me come up one morning and make these beautiful cards and treat.

All the stamps are from the new catalog that was just released. 

So many beautiful new stamps and dies...love all these projects!

a prayer for...

I have needed many a sympathy cards lately. This one is the perfect card.

Gina K has some wonderful designs and they are great 

for a white on white look inked in versafine black.

The sentiment is something I have in my stash that you can build your saying.

In memory of those we've lost in the last few weeks...may their souls rest in peace.

Easter is coming!

I have been working on some Easter cards lately....these turned out oh so cute with Lawn Fawn's Easter set....love this set so much!

Are these tiny chocolate bunnies too cute or what?!!

I saw them and knew I had to have them to make some darling treats.

The bunny die cut was perfect from amuse studio to use as a topper. 

The sentiment is something I had in my stash...might even be from amuse art stamps.

I added a pink gem for the noses...so stinking cute!

I made this card for my brother-in-law's birthday. It is very difficult sometimes to make guy cards. This one was fun because of the truck die set. The grass is a punch from Martha Stewart. 

Sentiment is from something in my stash.

There was much love in the mail on Valentine's Day!

I made this card for Joe and

I received a lovely bouquet of flowers!

I love it when I find something with a tandem bike on it. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law have been tandem biking together for years...this little sticker made the perfect Valentine for them.

 Oh so cute!!

Here are a couple Valentine's I sent out this year. Love the striped paper that I found at Tuesday Morning. The large die cut heart is from Amuse studio, along with the sentiment. The small heart dies are something I found at Michaels this year.

Today my friend and her husband celebrate 25 years of marriage! I will never forget how many years they are married because I was expecting my son the following month!

I used a fun embossing folder I found at Michaels and the sentiment is from amuse studio birthday builder. The numbers were something I had in my stash.

I used some random sentiments for each month after I stamped up the little fun header. 

I love how it turned out.

I made several of these calendars for gifts from Taylored Expressions!

So simple and cute. 

I love the wooden stand that was made specifically for her calendars. 

Next year all you have to do is buy the calendar... decorate and put it in the stand.

I made up some cute treats for a friend of mine to give to her special friends.

A bag full of sweetness!!

I am in love with the new candy hearts die from Lawn Fawn. 

It is so much fun die cutting all these hearts with their fun words in so many different colors.

I popped them on a white scallop punch and sandwiched a Palmer mint pattie to make a sweet treat!

Gnome place like home...

I just can't get enough of this letterboard! 

It is so much fun to put a message on and decorate up for any occasion!

My daughter gave me this cute little gnome for Christmas....I just love him!

I knew exactly what message I would put on my board as soon as I saw him.

(Some might think he looks like a Buckeye Gnome)
