Dad's day!
Here is a great gift for dad on Father's Day!
You take a bank envelope and cut off the top or a regular envelope and fold the flap over and seal then cut the top off. I stamped the sentiment on white card stock to fit a full size Hershey bar. Cut a slit in the front of the envelope to fold down the collar...and a tie of your choice...don't forget the pearl...then slide the candy bar inside and you have the perfect gift.

with sympathy
I have been in need of some sympathy cards lately. This is a simple and quick card to make, yet it is very elegant. I love the floral duet set that has been discontinued. It is great for any occasion.
The embossing folder makes making the card a snap!

Happy Graduation
I made this card for Tim for his graduation.
He is heading to UD to play some football and study.
I love how this card tuned out using the new number dies in the new catalog that will be here this week! The cap is from a retired set but there is a new set in the catalog that will work just as well.
Here is his gift for the party. He needed a few necessities in dorm living. The tissue box was covered using some UD paper I had in my stash from when my daughter attended UD. Once a flyer always a flyer...Tim you will love it there! Congrats!

Gift Box
A friend of Emily's is working on a graduation gift. She used the Sleepy Hollow cardstock for the background to the lid of the box. She used different letters to spell out her message. I thought it turned out lovely!

Stamp Club
A month or so ago our stamp club did a catalog workshop. It was tough for everyone to get together so we did the catalog show and planned our workshop for a later date. Yesterday was still an issue for a few of the gals but we did get together to create our projects and oh what fun we had!
The crafting placemat is always decorated with a theme...yesterday was with paper lanterns...a new set in the upcoming catalog. The words from bottle rocket stamp set.
Our projects for the day!
These cards were from National Conference and were perfect for our stamp club.
My display of new products and sample cards and swap cards from National Conference.
As always we have lots of good eats!
Thanks Karen and Casey for a great afternoon and Shari and Colleen...we really missed you!
I'll see you all at my open house later this month to kick off the new catalog!

Jar picks
A friend asked me to make some photo picks for her daughter's graduation party that is coming up.
I put together these jar picks for her and all she has to do is add the photos.
I stamped some theme words on the back of each one using the retired conGRADulations stamp set from amuse studio.

First Communion gift
I have been giving this as a gift for the First Communion recipients for the last several years. It is a great keepsake box for all their cards and gifts they receive. I get the box at Hobby Lobby and use various stamps and embellishments to make it special. This is the first time I have been able to add the First Communion pictures as usually the party is the same day as the First Communion. Elena lives in China and she made hers last month so I was able to snag some pictures and use them.
Congratulations Elena and may God bless you always!

First Communion Card
Lots of parties coming up and so I have to get moving on making cards. I am ahead of the game for a First Communion celebration coming later this month. I used some oldies but goodies for this card. These are some old wood block stamps I have had in my stash for a long, long time. They are my go to stamps for religious cards. I used amuse studio bubblegum cardstock and grapefruit pinstripe for the card base. I stamped in versafine ink and popped the cross...add a little shimmer and a bow and a beautiful card is created.

$100 challenge
At conference we consultants had an opportunity to create a $100 card...that meant the entire cost of the card included all the products you would need to create such cards. What an inspirational board!
