Happy Easter!

I made this cute Easter card using the smallest of the bunny dies from amuse studio. I drew the faces and popped them on the front of this card. I attached some grass and had a small oval punch that I used to make the eggs. Happy Easter everyone! Enjoy the day!

100 wishes...

I made this card for my sister-in-law's birthday using the 100 wishes stamp set. I love this dandelion set.

I used the new mermaid cardstock and ink and then added a bit of glitter to the dandelions. The sentiment is from essential sentiments. Happy birthday to you Maryfaith!

I have been making a lot of Easter cards using the bunny dies. I used the egg and grass die for this card as well. It is so easy to create a card using the dies and various colors of cardstock. A little ribbon and sentiment and instant gratification.

squeeze the day

Working on some launch preparations...I got this idea from Melissa.

I stamped the open slice in papaya and grapefruit ink. 

new decor

A few weeks ago I painted (with help) my daughter's bedroom. It went from a very pale pink to shades of  smoky blue. We will be housing a few grad students for a few months in August so I wanted to have a nice "guest" room.

I decorated in browns, blues, and cream.

 I found the perfect bedding but had a hard time finding what I wanted for the walls. Over the course of a few weeks, I found this awesome canvas print, a beautiful vinyl saying and a wrought iron cross for a very big wall in their room. I think it turned out nicely!



My first try at adhereing vinyl lettering....don't look too close...there are a couple of mistakes.

sneak peek...

Staci from YOUnique BOUtique, where I will be hosting my launch party, suggested a Mother's Day card for everyone to make. I said sure and decided to use the design from conference. I changed it up a bit, but it turned out beautifully...and if you need to use another sentiment anyone will do on this card.

Spring has Sprung!

My crocus are blooming....ready for spring and all its beauty!



my st. patty's day card

This is the St. Patrick's day card I made for a few friends. I used the shamrock from the candy box die and stamped some swirls on it from the winter stag set. I then stamped my sentiment and added a tiny clover from a punch I have. The petite polka dot is the perfect background.

This card is one from conference. I love the squeeze the day set. It is so cute and fun to use. Melissa had this posted on her blog and I just had to make some too.

Look how yummy these treats are! I love amuse studio's new wooden spoons and especially how they stamped them with the venetian background. If I wasn't such a chocolate lover, I would say the spoons are more delicious than the brownie bites, but...

I am working on donation for a fundraiser this coming weekend. I thought the dwell in the possibility stamp set would be a great set to use. It was a hostess only set last year and is no longer available, but you could use just about any set. I love the cherry and bermuda combo when making cards.

Look at this beautiful card my sister made with the retired wild rose set. Love how she paired it with some floral print paper to make it just stunning! The vanilla crush ribbon from amuse studio is the perfect touch for this card. Love it and I am sure the recipient will too.

Our workshop projects. We as a stamp club have been working on recipe cards each time we get together. I decided to use the new squeeze the day set for some fun recipe cards for our box. Love how they turned out. I gave each gal their box to take home and decorate and asked them to bring back their box at the next workshop to share their creation...can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!



We had a small crowd this time due to illness and some unforeseen circumstances. We missed you Jeanne, Regina, and Casey. Thank you all for another wonderful workshop...you gals are awesome!

I thought that it would be helpful to outline all of the new products and updated items available.

Stamp Sets
1. 31 new stamps sets featuring a variety of art styles.
Cardstock:
1. 3 new signature colors: Mermaid, Berry, & Apple.
2. 10 Petite Polka Dot colors: Added Papaya, Wasabi, Grapefruit, & Mermaid.
3. 10 Chevron colors: added Papaya, Mermaid, & Onyx.

Ink:
1. Signature seasonal collections now have 12 colors per palette.
