Here is a beautiful centerpiece I gave my mother-in-law for Easter. I had heard about these tulips in a jar and  was in Kroger's one morning before Easter and found them.

It's time to say goodbye to some of the products in our current catalog. We know... it's hard to say goodbye. To make it easier, and add to the fun, this year we are having a Progressive Sale for the items on our Retiring Products List.

The progressive sale begins May 1st and we will offer increasing discounts approximately every fifteen days. Here's the schedule of savings:

You will notice that we are retiring most of our A Muse Studio felt colors. You will see three of these colors (Vanilla, Cherry and Fern) appear in future seasonal catalogs - like the 2014 Holiday Catalog. All other colors are retiring for good.

You will also notice that a large number of A Muse Studio dies are retiring, including our line of exclusive dies by Spellbinders. Unfortunately, we’re no longer able to offer these dies at a price that’s competitive. But don’t despair! We know you love die cutting and there are tons of creative new die designs coming in the new catalog!

Retiring stamp sets can still be selected for Hostess Rewards at the appropriate discounted price.

No other coupons or discounts apply to the Retiring Products sale.

I participated in another recipe swap with fellow consultants. I chose Mother's Day. This recipe was in memory of my Mom. She loved the color orange. Marigolds were one of her favorite flowers to plant and the Marvelous Marigolds stamp set was perfect for this.

A muse Studio has been very busy making Easter treats. I have loved making treats like these for all holiday occasions and these will definitely be added to my Easter treat making. I like to use Palmer mint patties...though Linda found some yummy treats at Trader Joe's to use.

The yellow gingham just gives these treats a cheerful look.

Here is a card made with our new word die. 

I used itty bitty birthday for the hats and sweet celebrations for the sentiment. 

I pop dotted the little party hats for some dimension.

It is so easy to create a birthday card. 

I added a few flowers from our new flower dies to add a bit more color to this card. 

Splash can be fun!

Linda over at a muse studio shared another fun technique using splash spray ink. 

1. Grab a small paintbrush, your favorite Splash! ink, a clear block and a water misting bottle
2. open the top of your Splash! ink and put a few drops on the clear block
3. Mist the Splash! drops with water (3-4 pumps should be fine)
4. Mix the Splash! and water
5. Paint

                  So Easy!

Linda, over at amuse studio, created a beautiful Mother's Day card using a very simple technique. You stamp the image 3 times without re-inking your stamp.
 Look how gorgeous this card turned out...love it!
